Jim Edmondson

Jim is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare services with organizations spanning the business lifecycle from start up through emerging growth to publicly traded industry leaders. His diverse career in healthcare includes senior sales and operational leadership roles with Complete Health Inc., United Healthcare, Sy.Med Development, Medical Doctor Associates, Cross Country Healthcare, and most recently, Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions.

Jim is Founder and President at The Londyn Group, LLC, a general business consulting firm with emphasis on building the strong leaders, healthy teams, and organizational effectiveness necessary for sustainable value creation. The Londyn Group delivers the unique combination of business and people skills needed to build organizational clarity, and the business disciplines required to maximize results.

Jim is active in his church and is a Director at Hall Boys Inc., a $100M enterprise in the retail merchandising and construction space. He has a Computer Science/Business degree from Furman University and lives in Johns Creek, Georgia with his wife and four children.

Jim Warren, FACHE

Jim Warren has more than 32 years of experience in senior management positions in healthcare, and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. His hospital career spanned 17 years, including 10 years as a CEO.  He began his career with Humana Hospitals, which eventually evolved into HCA.  States in which he has managed hospitals include Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.

Jim also worked in the locum tenens industry as a senior executive at Medical Doctor Associates, assisting hospitals throughout the United States with physician staffing and medical staff development.

He currently serves as the principal in Warren Healthcare Consulting, LLC, concentrating on strategic planning, medical staff development, and clinical integration of medical delivery systems. His work for HCA in North Texas in clinical integration prepared him well for population health management.

Jim has a B.A. from Harding University in Searcy, AR and an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta.  Jim is active in his church and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of an international medical mission.
